As per the latest ICAO guidelines, handwritten travel document/PIO cards along with valid foreign passport will be accepted as valid travel document till 31 March 2020. All PIO card holders are, therefore, requested to convert their PIO cards to OCI cards before 31 March 2020 against the applicable conversion fee.
