As part of the commemoration of India@75 celebrations, High Commission of India in Malta, in collaboration with the Indian Council for Cultural Relations, is hosting a four-day certificate course for Indian Diaspora and International participants on Gandhian Philosophy by an internationally acclaimed Speaker on Mahatma Gandhi, Dr. Shobhana Radhakrishna.

The online certificate course is aimed at enhancing the understanding of the Indian diaspora and foreign nationals about our spiritual and cultural heritage as well as the tremendous contribution made by Mahatma Gandhi. The course will create awareness about the life and thoughts of Mahatma Gandhi along with its usefulness in today's world. The course will be interactive and participatory. After completion of the course the participants will be given a digitally signed certification (signed by Dr Shobhana Radhakrishna and High Commissioner of India to Malta) through digital transmission or distributed in an event.
