Notice for Pre-NIT meeting on the draft Standard NITs for Supply, Installation and Commissioning of High Capacity HEMM

Coal India Limited will hold a PRE-NIT meeting through Video Conference on 26.02.2024 from 11 AM to 2 PM (Delhi Time, (GMT:+5:30)), on the draft Standard NITs for Supply, Installation and Commissioning of High Capacity HEMM (190T Dumpers, 850 HP Crawler Dozers & 460 HP Wheel Dozers) procured at Coal India Limited, Kolkata, a Public Sector Undertaking under Ministry of Coal, Government of India.

For the purpose of the Pre-NIT meeting draft tender document vide nos. CIL/C2D/STD NIT 2024/Pre-NIT Dated 16.02.2024 is available on Coal India Limited website (www.coalindia.in) and CIL's e- Procurement Portal (https://coalindiatenders.nic.in) in the announcement / scrolling page at the top, and can be downloaded from there.

Interested bidders from Malta may submit their responses/inputs/suggestions/comments against the Pre-NIT documents by e-mail to edmnc.cil@coalindia.in and araj.cil@coalindia.in within 23.02.2024 up to 03.00 PM (Delhi Time, (GMT:+5:30)), so that the same may be discussed in the Pre-NIT meeting.
